Log in to your 2side Music Dashboard and submit a correction request. Provide the updated details you want to fix (e.g., correct song title, updated cover art, or other metadata changes).Review and Processing
Once we receive your correction request, our team will review the details and process the changes. If everything is accurate, we will update the information on the streaming platforms.Processing Time
The correction process may take 3-7 business days, depending on the platform’s guidelines. You will receive a notification through your dashboard once the correction has been successfully made.Platform-Specific Notes
Some platforms (like Apple Music) may not allow certain changes after a song has been published.
