If the title or cover art of your released song appears incorrectly, it can prevent your song from being properly presented to listeners. Such errors typically arise from not updating metadata or mistakes made during the initial upload.
Review Your Song’s Metadata – Log in to your 2side Music dashboard and check if the song’s title and cover art are correct. Sometimes errors can occur if the wrong files or titles are uploaded.
Update the Title or Artwork – If you find any discrepancies, you can request changes. Keep in mind, certain changes may require resubmission.
Submit a Request for Changes – If you cannot fix it yourself, get in touch with the support team via support@2sidemusic.net and they will guide you through the process.
Changes in the Dashboard – If you need to change the title or cover photo, do it directly in the 2side Music dashboard under the relevant section for updates.
